Signal without theatre.
MarketNEXXT aims to make private-market information faster to scan without turning uncertain information into false precision.
Separate fact, signal and opinion
Company facts, market events, indicative interest and editorial analysis should be labelled according to what they actually are. A monitored signal is not an executable order; a company profile is not an endorsement.
Prefer primary and established sources
Where practical, use company announcements, regulatory filings, official statements and established reporting. Secondary sources can add context but should not be treated as equivalent to primary documentation.
Use dates
Private-market information can become stale. Dated facts are preferable to undated claims, especially for valuations, funding events, IPO-related developments and company status.
Correct material errors
If a material factual error is identified, the relevant page should be corrected and, where useful, the review date updated.
No artificial urgency
MarketNEXXT should not use countdowns, scarcity claims or pressure tactics unless the underlying fact is genuine, documented and appropriate to publish.
