How to Read MarketPulse: Private-Market Signal Guide

A guide to MarketPulse company signals, dates, statuses and sources — and why the monitor should not be read as a live exchange price or order feed.

MarketPulse is designed to feel fast because private-market participants often need to scan developments quickly. The terminal-style presentation is an intelligence monitor, not a public-exchange price feed and not a representation of continuously executable market prices.

Company

Each row identifies the company or group of companies associated with the monitored development. A MarketPulse item can exist even when that company does not yet have a fully published MarketNEXXT profile.

Signal

The signal describes what happened. Categories can include funding, IPO-related activity, exits, market demand and other company developments. The category is an editorial classification designed to make the feed easier to scan.

Date

The event date helps distinguish current developments from older context. Private-market facts can change quickly, so the date is as important as the headline. A valuation or financing reference without a date can be misleading.

Status

Status labels describe the state of the monitored event or our editorial classification. Labels such as filed, priced, published or new are not exchange order states and should not be read as bids, offers or guarantees of transaction availability.

Source

Source attribution is central to the model. MarketNEXXT prioritises primary company materials, regulatory filings and other authoritative sources where possible, with high-quality financial reporting used for verification and additional context. Time-sensitive items may be updated as facts change.

What MarketPulse does not show

  • It is not a live exchange order book.
  • It does not imply securities are available to buy or sell.
  • It does not guarantee that a reported financing, filing or transaction will lead to a future event.
  • It does not reproduce proprietary third-party pricing feeds.

How to use the monitor

Use MarketPulse as a starting point for discovery. Open the underlying source, check the date and understand the transaction context before drawing conclusions. For deeper company research, move from the monitor to the company universe and review the profile’s verification and source information.
