Private-market discovery, explained.
Short answers to the questions most likely to arise when using MarketNEXXT.
What is MarketNEXXT?
A private-market intelligence and discovery platform organising company profiles, market signals, historical reference events and structured enquiries.
Does a company profile mean shares are available?
No. Coverage and availability are deliberately separate. A company may be monitored even when there is no current opportunity signal.
Is MarketPulse a live price feed?
No. MarketPulse is a source-attributed event monitor. It can feel live because events and statuses update, but private markets do not operate like a continuous public exchange order book.
Can I buy or sell directly on the website?
The website is designed around information, advertising and non-binding enquiries rather than on-site execution. MarketNEXXT does not accept or execute securities orders through the website; any later regulated or transaction-specific activity would need separate handling by an appropriate party.
What does “indicative” mean?
It means information is preliminary, subject to change and should not be treated as a firm or executable commitment.
Where does company information come from?
MarketNEXXT combines structured editorial records with public-source and reviewed information. Source and review metadata are retained where appropriate, especially for time-sensitive signals.
Can I submit interest as a shareholder?
Yes. A seller enquiry can provide high-level information for an initial review. You should not upload unnecessary sensitive material at the first-contact stage.
Does MarketNEXXT recommend investments?
No. The platform is intended for information and discovery and should not be treated as investment advice or a recommendation.
